But if that’s the case, why do the most successful sports teams play with such joy and energy? I believe we have to inject this energy into every organisation. How? Leadership! Not just at the top, but at every single level!
And don’t overcomplicate things. To me, leaders are brave people who excel in creating clarity for themselves and others, regardless of their position or role. Clarity regarding ambition, priorities and the behaviour required to get results. And when you mix this with a healthy dose of positive energy you get the perfect combination for success!

For every client I work with, I devise a game. Playing games provides clarity, gets people into action and unleashes energy. My role in the game varies from programme manager to coach.
