I am fascinated by what drives and motivates people. I feel at home in organizations where things are floundering or faltering. Often organizations have so much knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity; making this visible and making sure that change will come and stay, is what drives in me in my work. It touches me when people develop and blossom. It makes me very proud if I experience that teams and individuals are making steps, dare to make mistakes, find their internal motivation, take responsibility and, as such, achieve results, knowing that I contributed to this.
Confrontational but kind. Purposeful, without a rigid plan, alert with respect to the issues at hand. I find it easy to see and name opportunities. I make connections quickly and I find it easy to adapt. Discomfort for the organization as well as for myself is a necessary part of my work. The Socratic conversation, the dialog and Deep democracy are, in addition to the Rainmen approach, valuable instruments to me.
Process consultant in cultural change and advisor in internal communication. I achieve behavioral change and efficacy in teams and individuals. Reflection is a natural part of this.
I cannot imagine friendship without humor. I am a fan of the Socratic conversation, to me it is playing in the mind. Raising my two now adult daughters has provided me with an inexhaustible resource. I have a broad interest, I’ve gained experience in various sectors. I am and will be in search of the right mix of playing, learning and contributing.
